New construction:interior plumbing for a 1-story detached structure of a (core & shell only) of vacant retail spaces. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. Separate permits are required for the fit-outs of the vacant retail spaces, with the exception of the work shown on these approved plans. Additional permits are also required for the sanitary sewer lateral, the 6" domestic water distribution service (building a) and the required 6" backflow prevention containment assembly (bulding a), on the main domestic water supply. The location of the domestic water meter & the 6" backflow prevention containment assembly must be pre-approved by the philadelphia water department.
