The project proposes to tear down the outdated ranch style houses located at 24 st charles avenue and 2416 st. Charles avenue. In their place, wed like to construct a traditional brick and cast stone, four-story, 24,4 square foot, multi-family building. The building will house (11) residential units each approx. 2,0 sf in size. Each unit will be assigned (2) parking spaces, located on the ground floor in the rear of the building. As indicated in the elevations, the front faade will be approximately 58 ft. In height, and step down in the back to approximately 47 ft. In height. We are requesting a conditional use in height as outlined in the current zoning ordinance for rm-2a zoning for structures fronting a major street.
