SCORE 100 New single family home for thomas gibson; need a site plan please. Anyone have one? Plan came in as a waiver late yesterday. Like most all waivers i receive for review i often do not receive a site plan. This one has a few particularities. Multiple paper right-of-ways. I vaguely remember about 8 or 9 years ago a developer tried to obtain, but was unsuccessful obtaining permits to construct in and around this land area. There are a number of private driveways serving two or more homes in this areas. Ive not been to this area in more than 4 years, so i dont know what type of road construction has or has not occurred. The 2015 aerial appears to show multiple dirt / gravel driveways.
