Install 4 inch brick veneer on new concrete footing in front of existing masonry wall as per 2009 irc 703. 7. Maximum height: feet above foundation. Maximum thickness 5 inches. Window and door openings same size location and shall comply with emergency egress standard as per irc. New concrete footing to be below frost line, ( inches). New wall shall be anchored to supporting wall with corrosion-resistant metal ties 24 inches on center horizontally and vertically. Provide 1 inch air space between walls. Provide weep holes and flashing above window and door openings. Provide capping, flashing and caulking at termination of wall to prevent water infiltration. An inspection of existing wall to be scheduled with inspector before work starts.

Apply new drywall to existing partitions and ceilings throughout. Interior demolition and apply wire lathe and cement stucco to the front wall. Sidewalk closure permit required for the scaffold. Smoke and carbon dectector required throughout

Install drainage water line for following fixtures 3 wc,3 lav,2 bath tubs,1 laundry,1 kitchen sink and 1 water heater (sfd)

100a service, wiring throughout as per 2008 nec (sfd)

Install 1 hvac unit (sfd)
