Permit is for interior gutting of the entire house. The home is 32 sqft - the scope of the project is to remove all sheetrock and flooring. None of the structure is being demolished, or structurally replaced. The roof nor the pool is not being touched demolished or replaced, there is no lead based paint abaitment as the structure as been repainted since 1978 and does not have lead based paint.
