October 18, 2006 5:48:34 pm bdavis kern - enclose rear porch for laundry hookups, closet and 2nd bedroom. Add small detached deck for hot tub.; zoning was disapproved. Application site plan (survey dated 4-3-2006) shows existing structure is non-conforming in that the right side and rear portion encroach within the minimum required right side and rear setback. Can not approve zoning permit to condition an open porch into living area. Met on site with applicant thursday, october 26th @ 3: pm to discuss. Meeting again with applicant monday, november 6th at 9am to discuss boa variance procedure.
