The building at 23 m street, nw has a notifier afp-4 fire alarm control panel. The existing panel is no longer supported by the manufacturer and replacement parts are not available anymore. The power supply in the existing control panel has ceased to be functional and since the replacement parts are no longer available, the recommended repair by the manufacturer is to replace the existing control panel with a new notifier nfs-3 control panel. Our scope of work in relation to the fire alarm system is to, on an emergency basis, replace the existing fire alarm control panel with a new notifier nfs-3 fire alarm control panel capable of matching all functions of the existing panel.
