Install sheetrock and drywall,new trim around doors,windows and base tape,then spacke, sand and paint,paint existing wood ceiling and new lvp flooring over existing concrete floor. Basement only

Interior alterations throughout, to include drywall throughout, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Note: contractor is listed as a "sole proprietor" and has no employees and or workers compensation insurance - all subcontractors require separate licenses and insurance separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work

Rewire throughout and new 200amp service per 2008 nec (sfd)south district

Ez permit stadard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Replace second floor cornice on facade, re-shingle 3rd floor mansard wall front, replace exterior woodwork, 2 dormers front bf house, replace exterior woodwork 2nd floor rear bay window. Change use to 2 family dwelling

Make safe permit - for repairs to front wall as per attached engineers report to resolve case #475428. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #475428. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits. Separate permit required for renovation.

Replace 5" curb trap 4" fai and house drain (all trenches in excess of 5 must have approved shoring)

Install (2) hvac systems with ductwork. (sfd)

Install 200amp service separate the 1st floor add 15 light fixtures,6 gfi,7 smokes, switches, duplex outlets and 2 fans per 2008 nec (two family)
