Door tempered glass. 2 windows casement left & right of door tempered glass with tempered glass knee walls below casement windows. Replace siding, porch cornice, sidewing & soffit. New modified rubber on existing roof.

House drain,rain water conductor and 2" kitchen drain lines per (sfd)

Enclosing existing porch . Build a one hour fire rated wall between neighbors attached porch
