Make safe permit to address stop work issued against previous permit (#630594) which was exceeded per violation case # 501960. Work shall be limited to the replacement of the rear foundation walls (no underpinning, all walls at interior of lot) with reinforced concrete footing below frost line and 12" cmu wall to satisfy case # 492869. Separate permits must be obtained for all new construction above this level. Maintain protection of adjacent structures, pedestrians and right-of-way at all times.

For the installation of new floor framing, roof ceiling assembly, and rear exterior wall assemblies with new foundation, to include exterior stucco wall covering, interior partition walls, interior stair framing, and wall floor ceiling finishing. Separate permits to be required for electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression system installations.
