It was a single family home that was collapsing. We have since gotten a make safe permit. Did the work to make the property safe. It has since been inpsected by the city and agreed that the property is safe and ready to do the finishing work. Work needed to be done to finish. Insualtion, drywall, exterior finishings (brick) flooring, and trim work. Also available are blue prints to show work that is to be completed at the location listed above.

Make safe permit to comply case #518570; work to include: shoring recommendations as detailed in submitted engineers report. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case 518570.
