The project scope is to replace existing doors and frames on the existing 26th floor administration office area to meet ada opening widths and egress requirements. The affected floor area is approximately 10 sf. No changes associated with mechanical ventilation, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical power and lighting are being made in these areas. Plumbing fixtures are being changed out to meet present day fixture count requirements. (4) existing fire alarm strobes are being relocated.
