Remove unused aerial service cabling and transformers. Demo and modify equipment in maintenance shop. Install new 600a panel in maintenance shop. Install new 225 amp in panel in recycling building 1.

Complete demolition of existing building by hand and mechanical equipment. All permitted demolition activity to be in accordance with approved site safety demolition plan & such plan to be maintained on site at all times. Special inspections shall be performed on a continuous basis until the structure is demolished to a height of ft. For the erection of a new exterior wall and footing to support adjacent structure. Full sidewalk closure required as reflected on approved site plan and in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate street closure permit required prior to start of work.

Install backflow prevention assembly to existing sprinkler valve arrangement.

Installation of fire pump, sprinklers, piping connect to existing system.

Install 1500a service, motor control center, power & lighting throughout.

Demolition of portion of structure

Replace existing fire alarm panel,extend new slc circuit to pick up new fire alarm modules located in fire pump room,install 4 new branch circuits in conduit from existing panel as per 2008 nec,nfpa-72

Install one above ground 5 gallon diesel fuel ul-142 horizontal tank. Remove underground tank . All work to be in accordance with padep regulations, all applicable codes, nfpa and nfpa 31.
