Clear off any debris, removing all roofing materials at drain box to deck, apply asphalt primer to drain box. Apply self adhered base sheet of lowered area. Install modified bitumen heat applied roofing to area specified. Install aluminum slag stop rear edge, flash with gaf flashing cement and reinforcing fabric at this joint and the perimeter of roof. Coat roof vents and modified flashings, with aluminum fibrated gaf coating.
