To install one (1) double-faced metal neon sign to read bourbon street drinkery new orleans per drawings submitted on 11 11 16 & stamped vcc approved 11 22 16 sign will measure: 46 w x 30. 5 h x 14 thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered between the bay windows sign will hang from chains wrapped over gallery outriggers sign will have a green background with white lettering, with some lettering having a small gold border sign will have white neon border and white internal illumination. O note: no color changing internal illumination approved. No additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply. An iron curb valve access port will be installed at sidewalk surface with below grade valve for emergency service isolation. The new line will be painted to match the adjacent surface.
