For the erection of a four story mixed use structure with commercial space on ground floor and cellar, office on 2nd floor, 2 residential units on 3rd & 4th floors, private roof decks & 2 pilot houses @ roof

For the demolition of existing structure. For the erection of an attached structure (max height nte 55 ft) with cellar and an accessory roof deck for residential use only with roof access structures. Size and location as shown in the application uses: for vacant commercial spaces on cellar & first floor (must occupy 100% of the ground floor frontage with a minimum depth of 30) (uses only permitted in cmx-2 that not to require off street parking as per table 14-802-2, use registration permit is required prior to occupancy) and sole practitioner office on 2nd floor and above household living two (2) dwelling units (private roof deck for residential use only). No sign on this permit .
