Erection of a staircase in unit 4-f

This permit replaces abandoned permit 273639 for the rewire 8 unit apartment building and installation of a fire alarm system as per the 2008 national electrical code, nfpa 72 and philadelphia codes.

"interior renovations to existing units 4-6 located at the cellar through 2nd floors as per plans" permit to include interior demolition and the construction of partitions and ceilings in units 4, 5, 6, and 7 only, remaining units covered by previous permits. No alterations to the exterior or common area and stair enclosure proposed under this permit. Separate permits required for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

Build new perimeter walls to reinforce retaining walls and to support a concrete platform above as per plans.

Install ductles split system outdoor heat pumps to be located at rear of building on wall (each unit 1. 5 ton) - multi-family dwelling (historic commission approval given)
