Replace the existing front entrance door with a new mahogany door. The new door will be fabricated to look as close to the existing door on the building now. (see attached photos).

Removing decorative metal balustrade and roof membrane due to water infiltration into unit below. Metal balustrade to be replaced in kind. Due to age and holes, it cannot be salvaged.

All work to be done in unit 3c. Remove and dispose old kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertop, flooring material, bulk head above cabinets, part of the wall dividing kitchen and diningroom. Reframe kitchen as per drawings. Update/replace electrical wiries. Update plumbing lines. Run new wter line for icemaker to new fridge. Install new drywall finish and paint. Install and finish new hardwood floor to match existing one on living room. Install new kitchen cabinets, countertop and sink. Install appliances- microwave, electric cook top, electric built-in oven, microwave hood, refridgerator and dishwasher. Install fixtures lights below wall cabinets. Install kitchen fixture lights, patch, touch up and clean damage in hallway building.
