For exterior alterations to replace repair windows and doors as per plans.

For selective interior demolition and for level ii alterations throughout an existing high-rise structure to reconfigure an existing educational facility. Work to include interior non-bearing partitions, millwork, accessibility upgrades, enclosure alterations, and finishes. Floors basement through 6th floor to be fully sprinklered (nfpa 13) as per board of building standards variance (cal. No. 29922). Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppresion systems. All asbestos to be treated & removed prior to commencement of work.
