Interior alterations at kitchen bedroom bathroom portions of first and second floors. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Remove and install lav, water closet, bathtub, move lav drain to wall

Re-wire bathroom, bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen, with switches, lights, recepts, smoke detectors & add recessed lighting in dining room and living room, wire new addition at back of the house as per 2008 nec (north district)

Run drain and water lines to new kitchen sink first floor power room and laundry and bathroom on second floor (north district)
