Remove and replace all decking throughout porch 5. Assess conditions joist and post and replace or repair where necessary 6. Remove steel handrail system and replace with round post and vinyl handrail 7. Replace wooding section of front porch stairs and replace with compose materials 8. Replace 15 windows throughout house interior 9. Remove wall paper throughout house and prepare walls for painting 10. Replace dining room and kitchen ceilings 11. Replace in one room on 2nd floor 12. Install 3/8 blue board on ceilings over the existing material 13. Renovate 3 bathrooms throughout house 14. Renovate kitchen 15. Repair floors as needed and sand all hardwood floors and staircase 16. Replace doors and molding as needed 17. Paint interior of house
