Called applicant contact, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, location of existing buildings, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements. Swr february 17, 2006 4:41:57 pm stuartr ; amendment rec. Additional information for zoning;scc; received, reviewed and approved applicant submitted revised hand drawn site plan. Front setback measured from edge of right-of-way not property boundary line ; original plumbing permit was pulled as stand alone. However there were no inspections. Therefore i voided the 05-112 permit and added s. E.
