To correct various vcc violations as per plans submitted 11 08 16 and stamped vcc approved 11 09 16. Work includes but is not limited to: removing glass panels from second floor dauphine elevation doors and installing new wood panel removing paint from all window and door lites removing k-style gutters attached to second and third floor balconies of the service wing retention of security cameras to be painted to match the adjacent walls removing acrylic glass from alley gate removing all exterior speakers removing all existing kitchen fans & vents installed within service wing windows and repairing windows with appropriate clear glass note: permit does not address hvac condensers installed on balcony. Hvac units not approved and applicant to submit a separate application to address this outstanding violation with days of the issuance of this permit. Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply.
