Replace house drain,stack and fixtures

Install one new ducane 100,0 btu warm air furnace in the basement of a sfd. No other work allowed on this permit. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.

Install 100a service, circuit panel, 17 outlets, 12 switches, 7 gfis, 1 outdoor gfi, 1 front 1 back light, lights, install cable, telephone wire, (5) 1 battery back-up smoke detectors, door bell as per 2005 nec (south dist)

Remove and replace existing brick front on existing foundation. Windows door same size. Install brick ties every 24" vertical and 36" horizontal and physical tie in every four foot vertical. Flashing, caulking and energy requirements as per irc 2006. No other work allowed under this permit. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007.
