Renovations to building. Changes to interior floor plan. Installation of interior partitions, and other wall floor ceiling assemblies. Expansion of space at the 3rd floor level. Exterior deck at the 2nd floor rear. All work and staging areas to remain within lot lines. Underpinning at rear existing footings. New foundations not approved in this permit. Compliance with l&i code bulletin excavation and protection of foundations and party wall extensions (for underpinning) must be complied with.
