Adding to previous approved uses, a portion of the 2nd floor for theater and artistic instruction as per plans.

Interior alteration to select portion within existing building to create a revised floor plan. No change in use or activity withing building occuring. No changes to exterior as required by historical commission. Work to be in accordance with approved plans plan review form
