For the erection of a two (2) story structure, for use as a single family dwelling. Structure is frame construction and equipped with an automatic sprinkler system (nfpa 13r (minimum)). The proposed foundation is composed of a floor slab that is structurally supported by drilled-in helical piers. Separate permits will be required for the engineered truss drawings, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire suppression. See bbs case no 29742. Proviso: rear wall of the house shall have a fire resistance rating of 1-hour, minimum. Structure shall be sprinklered throughout per nfpa 13r with a sprinkler head centered over each rear exterior wall opening. See a p no 738521 for approved plans. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 6 feet of building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building and or streets department permits are required.

For the administrative review of a p no 738175 (child permit of a p no 717988, cal no 28874) to decrease the height of the building and parapet. No change to footprint or gfa of structure. A p no 738175 was issued for the erection of an attached structure. Size and location as shown on plans application. For use as single family household living.

For the lot adjustment to create two (2) lots (parcels k and l) from one(1) existing deeded lot and one (1) opa account (2028 n 08th street). Size and location as shown on plans application.
