Person may be operating an illegal automotive repair business, at the rear of a property, located at 2022 wells drive sw. This is a property that was previously inspected in december of 2012, for the same possible violation. The constituent stated the person at this property continues to have inoperable vehicles towed to the rear of the property, where the vehicles are then worked on. The constituent also stated that automotive parts can be seen scattered throughout a wooded area behind the property, and that currently, there is an engine block suspended from a hoist.
