Reinstall existing beaded, board and batten shutter on the ground floor of the st. Peter elevationremove vegetation around base of building on the n rampart and st. Peter elevation by spraying plants with herbicide and allowing to wilt for a minimum of five days before removing repair areas of stucco around base of building on the n rampart and st. Peter elevation utilizing the vcc standard detail sheet (attached)paint any repaired areas to match the adjacent wall surfacere-route exterior wiring on the st. Peter elevation on the ground, under the base of the door, secure behind the downspout up above the second floor balcony decking.
