Proponent proposes to renovate and expand the existing doubletree hotel located on the project site by constructing 69 5 gross square foot addition and to add;97 new guest rooms to its 197 existing guest rooms. The project also includes new conference and meeting facilities such as a 4 0 sf dividable large ballroom a 1 2 sf small boardroom and two approximately 3 sf meeting rooms. The project will also add an approximately 3 0 sf restaurant with 1 seats and an approximately 1 0 sf bar/lounge with seats both on the ground floor.
