Replace existing masonry stairs and landing with wooden stairs and deck sfb; property located in rs-4 residential single-family medium density district. Lot can be considered a corner lot. Corner lot means a lot abutting on and at the intersection of two or more streets. For zoning permitting purposes, property fronts on midland dr. Front setback shall be a minimum setback requiring at least twenty five feet (25?) from edge of rights-of-way of midland dr. The second street side of the corner lot, w euclid pkwy, shall have a setback requirement of percent of the front setback requirement. Therefore, the w euclid pkwy property boundary setback will be required to have a minimum street side setback requiring at least twelve and half feet (12 1/2 ).
