In accordance with mass dep regulations (3 cmr 40. 0000)conduct intrusive assessment activities to begin plume delineation. All work will be done outside building footprint. Digsafe will mark utilities for the property. Capital environmental(robert berger owner) is the licensed site profession conducting the site investigation work. We are sub-contracting soil exploration of leominster to drill 7 holes in parking lot pavement to take boring samples and set 2" pvc pipe in the boring to sample from in the future. We will be drilling 25 deep with a 4 1/4 inch auger. Wells will be covered with a 6" road box and sleeve. We anticipate this work to take 2 days. All work is outside work in parking lot areas. No work will be done on the building.
