Replacement of two (2) deteriorated roof monitors in conjunction with ongoing work permitted under 15-13695 vcgen, per plans stamped vcc approved 05 16 16, as follows:remove existing deteriorated roof monitors, rebuild two (2) monitors in existing location. Match previously existing monitors in height, width, materials, number of openings, detail, profile and exposure. Install 1 2" laminated glass in monitor window openings: three (3) windows along decatur and clinton sides of monitors, five (5) along iberville and bienville sides. Each opening measures 2-0"x 3-1 3 4"install corrugated metal roof to match existing,install cant strip at monitor curb, and flash with self-adhering waterproof barrier and metal flashing, per sheet a4. 5 in drawing set stamped 02 29 16, approved for permit 15-13695. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.

Millwork repair and replacement on clinton elevation, per drawings stamped vcc approved 02 17 17 as follows:repair existing millwork on second floor of clinton elevation,replace millwork on third, fourth and fifth floors of clinton elevation, to match existing, per attached drawings, using spanish cedar. Back prime and paint all millwork per vccall repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
