Install 36 fixtures, 4 water heaters, 6 floor drains, 2 area drains, 2 rwc, & 1 yard drain. (mixed use). The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004.

Install (3) hvac systems with ductwork (mixed-use)

For the installation of an automatic sprinkler system w. Two (2) inch fire service line & two & one-half (2 1 2) inch backflow prevention (bfp) assembly to serve previously approved three (3) story above grade plane, w. Basement, mixed-use office & multi-family building. Automatic sprinkler system installation in accordance with nfpa 13 13r.

For the erection of a three (3) story above grade plane, w. Occupied basement & crawlspace, mixed-use office & multi-family building of light-frame wood construction w. Cast-in-place concrete shallow foundation & low-slope multi-ply roof assembly; building to be fully sprinklered. Site to be excavated at areas adjacent to existing structure(s) not within the scope of this permit. Permit holder to notify owner(s) of adjoining property(ies) no less than ten (10) days prior to commencement of permitted work. Separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & fire suppression work.

Install 5 gang meter socket,run ser wires to panel,install 1-200amp,4 panels and 1-100amp panel,run all new wires,install junction box,lights,switches,recepts and smokes as per 2008 nec (north district) install fire alarm system as per nfpa72
