Interior alterations to include install drywall, replace windows and doors (interior & exterior) in existing opernings. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Onto existing 100amp service wire recepts,switches,lights,fixtures,smokes co detectors as per 2008 nec (east district) excluding all low voltage wiring

100a service, (4)receptacles, (3)light fixtures... In accordance with 2008 nec for a one family building (paid for by phdc)
