Electrical residential existing

We will remove the main stack in the home and replace it with pvc. It will run from the basement through the roof and a new flashing will need to be installed to prevent leakage. There will be new drain lines to the tub/shower, the lavatory and the toilet. After the bathroom is ready, we will install all of the old fixtures in the bathroom and restore proper operation. We will also move the location of the water heater to a more convenient location. The flue piping will be redone as well as the water piping.
