Application is for the installation of star bolts on front wall,second floor level and replacing stairs on existing stair openings as per details shown on the attached plan for single family dwelling.

Ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of new ductwork, registers grilles diffusers, and warm-air appliances as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Rewire throughout existing 1 amp service as per nec 2008 south district

Remove old roof covering and replace with new roof covering

Interior demo of non-load bearing walls only, no structural work on this permit

Run drain & water lines to 2 water closets, 2 lavy sins, 1 tub, 1 kitchen sink, 1 laundry box, main drain, stack & hot water heater - the installation shall comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004

Interior alterations throughout, to include drywall throughout, sheetrock, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Note: contractor is listed as a "sole proprietor" and has no employees and or workers compensation insurance - all subcontractors require separate licenses and insurance separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. No other work allowed under this permit.
