To add an iron perimeter fence 34" high (similiar to the fence at the adjacent property) to the existing sidewalk cafe at 1904 14th street, nw (on the "t" street side). 14 feet long on the west side, 19 feet long on the south side (with a 3 foot gate), the 14 foot fence on the east side already exists as part off the metal fence on the sidewalk in front of the adjacent property.

To renew the public space permit (pa 63892), which was issued for only one year, for the unenclosed sidewalk cafe on the "t" street side of policy restaurant. There is no change requested for the width, length, number or seats, umbrellas, etc. There is another pending application to add a metal fence (70649) along the existing sidewalk cafe perimeter.

We would like to move that portion of the fence and relocate it on the west side of the patio, within our approved perimeter. To revise the size of the existing sidewalk cafe at policy on the "t" street side from 14 feet wide and 16 feet long to be (still) 14 feet wide but by feet long - for an additional 56 square feet. And, to combine the existing public space permits for two sidewalk cafes at policy into one sidewalk cafe for an annual permit to a total of 29 feet in length and 44 feet in width for a total of 5 square feet, for total of 12 tables, 24 chairs, umbrellas, a metal fence (on t) and stanchions (on 14th).
