We are doing hiv testing for the state and the cdc and surveys at rawhide 2010, so we need to reserve a parking space for our testing van in front of the bar.

To install mechanical equipment on roof of brown-rated rear addition, per application & materials received 03/27/14, as follows: two (2) rheem hvac condensing units measuring 24h x 28w x 28d both units are shown on some sort of platform located on the roof of a section of one-story infill construction, near a half-story addition on the rear of the main building where it meets the parapet wall of the adjacent building at 1012 burgundy.

To rebuild two (2) chimneys, one (1) on front roof sloop of main cottage, and one (1) on front slope of service building, to match previously existing chimneys size, material, detail, profile and exposure, per approved photographs (attached), using salvaged bricks, natural slate caps, & the following vcc approved mortar:mortar: no more than 1 part portland cement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted, as quality control is not consistent. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.
