Remove all sheet rock from walls and ceilings

For level ii alterations to an existing building to include an accessible bathroom in the basement to and to provide an interior stair from the basement to the first floor. All work to be done per approved plan. Separate permits required for mechncial, electrical, plumbing and fire supression work.

Stucco front and side of the building 1st floor 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Stucco_-_exterior plaster. Installation of these materials shall be in compliance with astmc926 and astmc1063 and the provisions of this code. R703. 6. 1 lath. All lath and lath attachments shall be of corrosion- resistant materials. Expanded metal or woven wire lath shall be attached with 1-1 2-inch-long (38 mm), 11 gage nails having a 7 16-inch (11. 1 mm) head, or 7 8-inch-long (22. 2 mm), 16 gage staples, spaced at no more than 6 inches (152 mm), or as otherwise approved. Contact inspector at district office for wall inspection prior to starting work.

Install fire suppression system for kitchen hood as per plans. Plans also include kitchen hood detail approved under permit #214949.

Use of first floor to multi services with check cashing - all other uses to remain the same

Install kitchen hood in accordance w plans approved under permit #214757 for installation of hood suppression system.

Replacing 2. 5 ton ac unit in existing first floor commercial space. Units and duct work must be contained in the first floor space served.

Re-face existing canopy sign with company name (see original zoning permit #413644 granted via a proviso)

Install fire alarm system, 3 manual pull stations, 5 horn strobes, 1 facp, 2 remote annunciators, 4 horns, 7 photoelectric smoke detectors, 4 end of line resistors as per 2008 nec & nfpa 72 (mixed use)
