For the remediation of unsafe structures (case #463245 & #463248) to remove and replace damaged roof structures with new rafters and sheathing, fractured party wall section as noted, damaged front porch roof, damaged stairs installation of new plywood at exterior wall openings, and damaged joist framing throughout, to include temporary shoring of exterior wall at 1815 clearfield st. Separate permit to be required for non-structural repairs alterations. (see ap#586244 for approved structural alteration plans.)
