Supply & install new backflow (multi units)

Rewire apts 104 & 204 due to fire water damage, replace 8 60a feeders, 2 60a panels & relocate 8 panels out of closets. Installation to comply with articles 210. 12, 210. 52 a b c, 410. & 410. 16 of the 2008 nec.

Resupport (15) 2 x x 12 joists by sistering with like in kind joists to be supported by existing shelf of exterior wall. Replace 15 damaged windows and siding. Permit application in response to unsafe violations. To comply violation, completed work is to be inspected and approved as an appropriate repair to each violation. No engineers report submitted. Licensed contractor to assume responsibility of work. No other work this permit. Separate permits required for renovation.

Renovate 3 damaged apartments. Replace 15 windows, replace damaged siding, install new kitchen cabinets and countertops in 3 units. 104 204 304 install bathroom vanity and tub surronds in 3 units, 104 204 304 sheetrock 204 and half of 104. No change in location of partitions. Maintain all fire rated assemblies and separations with fire stop and 5 8" type "x" drywall.

Remove and install new 25 smoke detectors, 12 pull stations horn, strobes and anuciator due to cosmetic renovation per 2008 nec & nfpa 72 (apts)

Installation 24 windows in existing opening (same size). Exterior wall covering (vinyl siding).
