Legalize previous repaires to first floor joists and decking. Repair 2nd floor floor framing. Repair roof. Repair second floor rear bay with like in kind materials. Additiional permits to be obtianed for work beyond this permit and for complete alteration through out. Contact area inspector prior to start of work.
