I was trying to make children of the hrc permits for 18 the circle and when i thought i selected just one i apparently marked one that was not part of this permit. 13-5789 is the number that is not associated with 18 the circle. I am unable to delete this from the record and or not sure how to remove it can you advise on how to remove or correct this issue.
