Structural work and repairs to an existing 3 & 4 story vacant warehouse building (deemed building #1&2)to stabilize and secure prior to removing partial demolishing (hand methods only!) of the 3 story portion of the building to grade and a 2nd 3rd story portion with remaining building repaired stabilized. Repair maintain existing walls, roof and framing, repairs of remaining building as per structural plans,engineers report and designers survey scope of work. Structural report outlines repairs and stabilizing required prior to removing portion of building and maintaining integrity. Closure of sidewalk permit required prior to work, fencing (pending applied for with streets department). Must maintain pedestrian and building and site safety.

Partial demolition of an existing structure to comply with violation #595441. Structure to be demolished by hand and with hand held tools only (slab to be broken up via mechanical equipment). Pedestrian protection to be in place prior to start of work and to be maintained during all demolition activities. Demolition to begin within days. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 8 feet of building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building and or streets department permits are required. Permit issued in response to violation case number 595441
