Alteration permit

Permit for use of multi-family household living (three (3) dwelling units) within an existing attached structure. No change in height or area of existing building.

Change of use application for an existing three story masonry buildign with basement at 1727 s 4th street, to be used as a duplex. Use is as matter of right.

For a complete change in occupancy (without a change in occupancy classification) to a two-family r-3 occupancy, and for level iii alterations to an existing attached structure, and to legalize work done without permits in basement, as per plans; separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. Building to be fully sprinklered with nfpa 13r or higher.

To amend previously issued ap#692844 to add underpinning (to address case #569484), and front facade replacement to scope of work, as per plans; no other work on this permit not already authorized under ap#692844; no change in previously approved use of two-family household living; no change in height or area of existing building.
