Horizontal reinforcement (durawall) every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof to new front. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit.

For the erection of an addition and roof deck at third story level above an existing two (2) story townhouse and interior alterations to existing building as per approved plans. For issuance of certificate of occupancy.

Interior alterations throughout, to include drywall throughout, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening.
