I am installing new cabinetry and tile in kitchen and bathroom. I am also removing the old bath tub in the bathroom and replacing it with a walk in shower. Existing -old kitchen countertops/cabinetry -old kitchen sink, -old bathroom vanity, -old bathroom toilet, -old bathroom tub, -kitchen sink disposal, -gfci bathroom receptacle -bathroom fan, -2 smoke detectors, -old tile in the kitchen -old tile in the bathroom -old kitchen receptacle propose -walk in shower, -new kitchen cabinets / countertops -new bathroom vanity / countertop -existing gfci bathroom receptacle -existing bathroom fan, -new kitchen sink, -new dishwasher, -3 new kitchen receptacles up to code, -3 hard wired smoke detectors (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the adjoining hallway) new tile in the bathroom new tile in the kitchen the old cabinetry and tile in the kitchen and bathroom will be removed and replaced by new cabinetry and granite counter-tops. The old receptacle outlet will be removed by an electrician i am hiring.
