Installing 1 bathroom on 1st floor,2nd floor apt installing bathroom and kitchen water and drain lines for bathroom and kitchen (mixed use)

For level iii alterations throughout the building for use as sit down restaurant on the first floor level with a single family dwelling on the second through third floor. Residential portion to be sprinklered. Alterations to include the erection of partition walls, provide accessibility improvements and finishes throughout. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design professional prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire supression work.

2 amp service and rewire per 2008 nec (mixed use)install fire alarm per nfpa 72 (north district)

Ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of new ductwork, registers grilles diffusers, and warm-air appliances as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Install 2 gas furnaces on each floor. No penetrating duct work . 2-ton a c units on each floor with units. 2- 70,0 90% furnaces. Two (2) 2 1 2 ton a c units. Post this permit

For the installtion of a fire suppression system on the second and third floors of an existing structure, in accordance with nfpa 13r with a new 2-inch fire service line, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.
