October 16, 2006 8:50:17 am bdavis this permit is a single home in the subdivision. Dee took in the paperwork last thing friday afternoon, and i am finishing the entry. While entering this permit i saw that the pin had driveway permit 05-1502. However it did not show any inspections. This was entered as a single residential driveway. I voided this permit due to inactivity (18 months). I am now concerned that this may have been an attempt at a request for the subdivision driveway, and this now leaves the subdivision with no applicable driveway permit. I am emailing ted williams to see if he shows a subdivision driveway permit. Also, the applicant supplied plans that say preliminary study plan - not for construction. There was no cost of work provided either. Therefore, i left a message with the applicant that we could not review these plans, but that i would send thru the zoning, driveway, and grading portion.
